Lesclusiva owner Matthias Steinmetz places the highest value not only on quality in the creative and technical execution of film projects but also on responsibility. As a dedicated nature enthusiast and animal lover who has even raised a Eurasian lynx himself, treating the environment and animals with respect is a matter close to his heart. Consequently, sustainability at Lesclusiva isn't just a marketing buzzword, but a lived reality: from studio equipment and shooting practices to everyday office work.

Efficient, thoughtful, and resource-conscious.
We consciously rely on energy-saving, low-wattage RGB lighting systems, avoid noise- and power-intensive compressor technology on set, and utilize existing locations and backdrops rather than wasting resources on elaborate new builds. Whenever feasible, scripts, storyboards, and all production documents are processed exclusively digitally. For our team travel, we prefer climate-friendly options via Deutsche Bahn. For location shoots, we rely on electric vehicles where technically possible. We avoid single-use materials on set, use long-lasting equipment cases and recyclable packaging, and also ensure environmentally friendly alternatives for catering and supplies. At Lesclusiva, sustainability is not a trend—it is part of our creative DNA.
